Born in Brooklyn, raised in Houston, Kamal came to California in 2015. Holding certifications by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the Brookbush Institute, Kamal has over 10 years of experience training people of all ages and backgrounds.

Kamal is the heart and soul of Invictus. His passion for helping people achieve what they never thought they could is infectious. His commitment and dedication show in every single thing Kamal does.
