Membership Hold Request

In order to better serve you, the following policies are in effect for all membership hold requests

  1. You are required to give a 14-day notice prior to your next bill date
  2. You can place your membership on hold for up to 30 days at a time.
  3. Medical holds are for up to 90 days.
  4. If you choose to cancel while your membership is on hold, the 21-day cancellation notice still applies.
  5. Formal notification is accepted here only. Email, text, or in-person will not be accepted without a completed cancellation form
