Membership Hold Request

In order to better serve you, the following policies are in effect for all membership hold requests

  1. You are required to give a 7-day notice prior to the beginning of the hold.
  2. You can place your membership on hold for a period of 14 - 21 days.
  3. You may place your account on hold a maximum of 3 times per 12-month period.
  4. Formal notification is accepted here only. Email, text, or in-person will not be accepted without a completed cancellation form
