In order to better serve you, the following policies are in effect for all program cancellations

1. You are required to give a minimum of a 30-day notice prior to your next bill date
   1. For example, if your next bill date is on October 1, you must submit your cancellation by September 1st.
2. Formal notification is accepted here only. Email, text, or in-person will not be accepted without a completed cancellation form
