Q1: What if I miss a week?
That’s real life. We understand that life will come up as you embark on this journey. Any training sessions you may miss you have until the end of each month to make up. We use biweekly check‑ins with Coach K & Insightful weekly summeries to get you back on track.
Q2: Do I have to be “fit” to start?
No. The Keypoint (InBody + movement) helps us tailor a path that fits where you are. we are more interested in meetiing you where you are so you build confidence in your commitment.
Q3: How much time does this take weekly?
Depending on your option selected plan on 1-3 training sessions/week plus a monthly experience. Daily checkmarks on your Accountability Board keep actions simple and attainable.
Q4: What makes this different than a challenge?
This isn’t a sprint. Its more like a very active and extended vacation into self discovery. It’s a guided, long‑term approach with education, accountability, and celebration with a Coaching team invested in your success.
